/mhg/ - Monster Hunter General

No, not a single one.
Bone, Frostpeak and Bone Nakarkos.
Kecha-Wacha also gets used sometimes,
but let's not get too crazy.

This is why I find number crunching here to be a bit silly. People talk about DPS like it's against a single static target, an accurate model of a weapons effectiveness needs to include approximations of monster behavior, especially for a skill like focus. There may be monsters where focus allows for more shots to be fired in a typical opening but other monsters with large enough windows to pull off the same number of shots without focus where more damage would win out.

Dude its just a running animation, there's nothing wrong with it as long as it's mainline

I want to give Milsy all my horn coins!

I want to hug Ayuria and comfort her by telling it's temporary and she'll turn back to normal!! (she won't)

What's even more annoying is that all these people just theorize and don't put it into practice, ie, they don't TA.

>you need to TA to compare sets

Yes. You seem to be so concerned about optimization, but you don't go all the way.

But you're complaining they don't go all the way.

in gen 4 they did depending on the terrain if you consider three years new enough.
