The fuck Suzuki?

A pillar's angle looks like it would bend easier on an accident

Obviously cheap steel is less dense than expensive steel

Any crash test videos?

>A pillar's angle looks like it would bend easier on an accident
user, there are crash standards to which even Suzuki has to comply.
It would by company suicide if the pillars were weak and the last gen also got decent crash ratings so there are no worries.

fiat 500L has the same angle A pillars that fiat has gotten 5 stars with but fast forward to small overlap crash you can see how easy they bend.

>small overlap crash
Small overlap crashes are the freshest meme of those crash testing companies.
I wonder when they will introduce the penis penetration testing

I was actually surprised by how well this did in the small overlap test. NCAP doesnt do small overlap, but gave it 3/5 stars

It is a light car, therefore everything does not have to be as hard as on a car twice the weight.

Hence those small overlap tests are absolute garbage because imagine this getting hit by a SUV coming at it at 60mph

Are you suggesting that the imovable concrete wall doesnt do a good job representing a severe impact?

Check out the Ignis crash

Virtually no roof or even pillar deformation while this was still really common just a couple years ago.
And the Ignis has really thin pillars compared to other cars

>JAPANESE STEEL
>FOLDED A THOUSAND TIMES TO PERFECTION BEFORE USED AS A PILLARS
So this is the true legacy of the (Suzuki) Samurai, kek
