>tfw everyone on Veeky Forums is always sucking the SW20's schlong
feels good to be midship, lads

By being a couple hundred pounds lighter and putting more power to the ground, that's how.

>properly implemented AWD drivetrain

There's your answer, "properly implemented". Only Subaru has a "proper" AWD system, everyone else has "FWD but with the bulk of RWD to send power to the vestigial wheels sometimes", the Focus literally uses a Haldex AWD system that favors the front wheels and will only power the front wheels after half an hour of driving, but with the weight of AWD.

LOL he probably drives a geo metro

>putting more power to the ground
>2WD
pick one

the slight WHP advantage a FWD setup might have over the same engine in an AWD car is nothing compared to the handling advantage of the AWD car

Bruh I have a 50whp 1991 miata, fading paint, bruised and beaten, but it's the funnest car I've ever driven and it made me fall in love with driving again.. I also just banged a thicc girl last night after picking her up in it so the image thing is moot

This.

I don't understand what you are basing your information on. The entire point of AWD is to put power down on all tires to increase performance capability. Why do you think F1 cars used AWD the second they were allowed, and moved back to MR now they aren't?

Oversteer can be controlled, understeer is an accident waiting to happen.

It's a good car, don't worry about the memes. Enjoy/love your damn car man

it is probably shit anyway

Why do you care what autistic children on Veeky Forums think?
they are the people that sit around bench racing calling cars they will never own shit all day.
