CF is a long way to go and that's going by what they are officially saying. It's worse than that according to testers, tho to be fair not a lot of them have spilled very much.
There is some mini-drama as well that's been ongoing. Asura is extremely prone to micro-managing and it drags everything to a crawl even with the best of intentions. Plus everyone's favorite nost server first 59 got caught doing some shady shit again (shocking).
Minus all of that, it's late 2017 at the very very earliest but i wouldn't be too surprised to see an open beta around august/september with various focused testing rounds for 3 months'ish or so.
