Actually fairly safe as long as I don't get tboned. Side curtain airbags were standard for the year my car was made. Huge props to anyone who can guess it
Hint: 2002, american

pretty safe
not sure desu
1968 death missile
I-I'll be f-fine
No airbags and the seatbelts have a habit of randomly popping out. Also the brakes barely work and I drive it like a maniac
It's only a flesh wound
What even happened here? Did it get tboned?
Progressively Worse by the Day.
G-godmachine, right guys?
A 1966 manufacturer airbagless lap-belt only coffin.
And then my project is the same fucking thing, only from 1968/9.
Probably worse in all honesty.
Has a dealership-installed tow hitch so the gas tank won't explode.
jesus christ
4 out of 5 according to them internets
but i'm quite tall and broad so i'm sure i make up about 50% of the crumple zones now.
same here.
1966 pickup with no head rests between the back of my skull and the rear window.
Also I giant 17" steering wheel that will smash into the other side of my head.
Has pretty good crash ratings for that year.
Yeah, but no side airbags and zero small overlap reinforcement.
Its a 500 pound tin can with a rollbar for rollovers because its a convertible. Getting T boned is a death scentence. The bumbers have these neat shock absorber/springs in them, so that has to help a bit.
Could be worse
>bumbers
this tickled me and i don't know why
Total death trap
not really, pic rel was hit by a shopping trolley
Nah, looks like it slid sideways into a tree or pole at around 45mph+
Better than most.
I think I'd make it
i think hell be fine
Reminder that the red liquid to the left of the screen is the blood of a deceased little girl and her daddy.
This, but it's a Tahoe.
PT Cruiser?
As long as I don't crash into a fucking flatbed, I'm fine lol.
...
thats sand and engine fluids retard
I dig your waifu
Not at all but it's fucking fun. And I race it without a rollbar
>He'll never inseminate his 9 year old daughter again

Ironically my 1999 ranger is way safer than the 1999 f-150. If i get tboned I'm probably fucked though.

>Following the introduction of the pole test in 2000, Saab commissioned this test to prove that the head-protecting airbag that has been fitted as standard safety equipment on the 9-5 since its introduction during August 1997, will pass the requirements demanded. This it has done, proving that the car remains the safest that Euro NCAP has yet tested.
Even now it ranks as one of the safest cars tested on euro ncap
It's all good until I get t-boned
They changed the ranking around since '09.
A 3 star from 97 is much worse than a 3 star from > '09.
*smashes your pelvis
Bretty good. 5 starts overall in all the sections that matter
Not sure how safe, but it weighs about 7200 pounds.
5/5Stars
Anybody else here that would feel like their life is over if their baby got wrecked by some dickhead?
Can't find any results for me car. Only think that turns up is a moderate overlap test of the sedan model.
>How safe is your car Veeky Forums?
>This, but it's a Tahoe.
Avalanche is safer.
That's why you get underinsured and uninsured coverage added on. I also have ghost driver insurance which is for those cases where I wreck the car trying to avoid someone else hitting me.
I like to imagine he's got a cigarette in that hand hanging out the window, and he just continues to casually puff on it unphased after the incident.
Can't unsee now, that's such an american pose.
