Those XTs can be just as fast in a straight line and almost as fast around turns. If you don't have them already, get a down pipe, uppipe, intake, and a stage 2 tune. It really wakes these cars up. Then go for wheels and tires, and finally work in that suspension whether it's coilovers or springs or swaybars.

I'd still rather have the standard transmission in the city. It makes traffic less boring and it's more nimble for darting around.
