the front bumper is concerning. looks repainted by the looks of the over spray/shitty prep job evident in the lower center grill and the paint is already cracking left and right of the lower center grill. the tow hook cover is also popped out. That cover doesn't need to come out unless it's been in a wreck or the bumper had to come off because of reasons.

Go for it user, it looks nice.
Ask when timing belt & water pump has been changed, if ever, you might be coming up for a replacement.
Check if the ATTS unit is leaking, check under the radiator for red fluids.
Check in the spare tire area in the trunk for any water marks / leaks, Preludes are known to have leaks in the trunk.
Be mindful that these cars burn oil.
