Go for it user, it looks nice.
Ask when timing belt & water pump has been changed, if ever, you might be coming up for a replacement.
Check if the ATTS unit is leaking, check under the radiator for red fluids.
Check in the spare tire area in the trunk for any water marks / leaks, Preludes are known to have leaks in the trunk.
Be mindful that these cars burn oil.
