Is buying a new car ever worth it?

I buy new when it makes sense and used when it makes sense. 2005 half ton gmc options and shit had 6 mi on it when i signed drove it 250000 mi on 1 trans and brakes 35k total good deal. Before that bought 92 gmc 300k sold at 450k brakes and some bushings 3000 maybe in its life great deal. The 05 was better in every way and worth every penny but i could have gone with another used at an incredible savings.
Tldr: you can get buy on used but new is so nice its worth every penny.
