Shops and even mechanic schools purposely spread your knowledge thin over a variety of things so you can't do this.

If he said your need for a break was the reason he fired you please get a lawyer and sue him into the ground. He's too stupid to be anyone's boss. You were past the 3 month probation period so unless he has documented real legit issues on paper that he had with you he cannot fire you and immediately hire 2 people to replace you.

because in Ontario, on a 8 hour shift you're entitled to an unpaid half hour AND 2 paid 15 min breaks, afaik, might be different for other industries
Been trying in Ontario you need a registered training agreement to go to school, so far no one is willing to sign that until probation, which is bullshit considering it doesn't cost them anything or stick you with them basically putting my school off since I was supposed to go in the spring.
I'm at this point debating if I should just pay for my own schooling and quit trying to get it from these crooks dealerships are the worst
