Hey Veeky Forums I need help identifying what this is. I got rear ended yesterday in my ‘14 Mustang. this piece is hanging off my car. I’m wondering if I can take it off and drive it to the shop. There are electrical wires and other plugs connected to it. I thought maybe splash guard til I saw the wires. Anyone know?

No, pic makes it look like it but the pipes run alongside it, not connected at all. It’s black plastic.
