I can find em, the labor if you take it to a shop is the problem. And they upsell parts too. If i bought a part for $1000 and installed it myself a lambo dealer would have wanted like 5k or more for the job. Its only a problem if youre too lazy to do your own car work

Expect to pay something crazy like 10k for an incomplete bumper and 900 for a washer bottle 2k for a headlight and stuff like that. If it can be repaired, repair it. If you only have moderate wrenching skills i must discourage you from attempting a car with such expensive parts

No, and believe me I've searched for years before I bought my burnt out Murcielago that Veeky Forums mocked me for. The cheapest Lamborghini I've seen was $50k for a Gallardo with a blown engine, which was a ripoff since they're less than $100k now and are depreciating even more in value.

Because it inspires me to work harder and give me something to look forward to every day now, I estimate it'll cost me at least $10,000 just to buy the body panels to make it look like a Lamborghini again. You're going to have to fabricate everything yourself, it's going to be a nightmarish process, but at least yours won't technically be a knock off.

If headlights are $4k a piece you can make your own, or pay someone a couple hundred dollars to make them for you. Lambos of that era use the same hella (iirc) projectors found in Mercedes and BMWs. You can find them on retrofit source, or ebay.

You really should make it into some mad max off road atrocity and get rid of that fiero idea. It will still be a lambo, but will actually be a realistic project. I fear you'll never be satisfied with what an attempt at a restoration will result in. You're trying to create Frankenstein's monster, and you will want to kill it by the end if it doesn't kill you first. Use the chassis to create something completely new and yours. See it as giving birth to new life rather than bringing back the dead. And obviously stick a V8 in it.

I would think that the people who make those replica kits could sell you some knock off head and tail lights. I would do a bit of research and find someone who makes really high quality ones, and swap out the projectors for oem hellas, since I'm sure they use some cheaper alternative, and you can get a set of those projectors for under $200.

Looking at the internals, it's a pretty simple design. You might be able to replicate it yourself if you're good at that kind of thing.
