I would think that the people who make those replica kits could sell you some knock off head and tail lights. I would do a bit of research and find someone who makes really high quality ones, and swap out the projectors for oem hellas, since I'm sure they use some cheaper alternative, and you can get a set of those projectors for under $200.

Looking at the internals, it's a pretty simple design. You might be able to replicate it yourself if you're good at that kind of thing.
