Buy thermal base layers chuck something over the top of your gear that blocks wind, have a break when you get too cold, you'll survive.
Used to ride 3 hours to and from Uni in the snow, only ever stopped to warm up when it rained because the wind chill was too much when I was wet

I'm glad you went with the Bolt, you'll enjoy it. Going into debt for a bike isn't worth it, that lingers in your head and stresses you out forever until it's completely gone.
