The toyobaru speedometer is shit, its just badly placed. The right side with the screen doesnt need a circular border either. The middle screen is pretty good though

its not very useful
battery will give a floating voltage anywhere up to 16 then slump to 12 under load
near and below 10 volts floating is useless
.eg it starts or it don't
more important to have a gauge for the alternator
as it can also tell you when your engine has reached operating temperature

See Yeah, that screen on the right is an afterthought, still provides good functionality, better than the pre-facelift one at least, but the tacho and speedo(the digital one) are both great.
