Tyrion is a massive dissapointment in general. He's a duelist without much AP, and his ideal role is to run ahead of the army so the enemy blobs up.

They said no old world LL will change at the moment but possibly in the future.
In the exact same article however they said they are playtesting 35 new starting positions, despite there currently only being 24 across Warhammer 2 and 1.

When will AIs make high tier armies? I have a full stack of gold chevs blackguards, executioners, dragons and hydras yet all you can find on Ulthuan are archers and memeguards. 0 challenge

Vanilla recruitment is fucked, sometimes they spam monsters and artillery, other times they just go with regulars. Your best bet is some AI recruitment mod, I saw some dragons, DPrinces, a couple phoenix guard so on with one. Even so, it was still mostly regular units.
