I finished the Talent Development Plan for Junko (N) with Lv 50 something, and the following fragments:

is min maxing a good tactic? I was thinking on having her with an AoE skill at lv 1, then put the rest in absorb focus, since that worked with a previous character before, but I'm not sure if there's a recommended build for blue types.

For intellect, I find building them for nukes (ice/wind/electric) + (ice power up/wind power up/etc) is the best way to go, with absorb focus being a good source when you run out.

I don't know about the exact math or where the sweet spot is, but focus on one element (or even just one spell) and pump it up to a high level. Not sure the level 10 upgrade is worth it since its significantly more expensive

Yeah, don't worry about getting "builds" with N characters unless if you get lucky. S and U have far better chances. Disregard the element power up skills with N. I should've have

If you don't know S characters get x2 the drops from everything. And U get x2 the drops than S do.

So N is really about just getting the bare minimum effectiveness.

That was about the only reason I could see for not at least trying it out, but they didn't even look at what it took to do and let Angie have it.
