I was thinking on having her with an AoE skill at lv 1, then put the rest in absorb focus, since that worked with a previous character before, but I'm not sure if there's a recommended build for blue types.

If you don't know S characters get x2 the drops from everything. And U get x2 the drops than S do.
So N is really about just getting the bare minimum effectiveness.
