No, but it makes life more bearable in the meantime. The fact Mercy completely loses here rez if she is knocked off cd is great. Hopefully they will get on to making her killable during her clearly broken ult after when her pickrate only drops to 90%. They said 'mobility (is somehow) a vital part of her kit', but immunity to being chased down/ a 50m range/ immunity to cc isn't mobility.
Hence we will get to see EVEN more whining when she get's nerfed again.

Yes, Lucio was mandatory in pro play, I literally said that in my post, but the majority of players aren't pros, they don't watch pro games, they play ladder. When pro play is fucked, literally no one cares, when ladder is fucked players actually experience it so they actually complain. Lucio(or any other character for that matter) has never come close to 100% pickrate at any rank on the ladder. Ana probably came the closest in GM during season 3, but was still nowhere near as omnipresent as Mercy, especially below GM.
Also, prerework mercy wasn't "only picked in bronze" she was still the most popular hero in every rank below grandmaster, and still extremely popular in GM.
