What Yank planes are you flying? Their main advantage is in pure speed in a dive and energy retention.
You probably aren't used to flight models. Personally I hate tracer belts because whenever i shoot an enemy they start autism spazzing around, so try using stealth belts to prevent this.

It's not that it should be, it's that 37mm AA is useless. I have shot planes right in the engine/cockpit with the ZSU's HE shells and only gotten hits. When it comes to AA, you are meant to use whatever has the highest volume of fire to make up for Gaijin's weird damage models.

yeah it's pretty sad when you compare what other nations get as tier 4 prem. even worse because it's made of cardboard even though it's a "heavy" fighter. MG 151s shred them with just a short burst. I killed 5 in one game in my G.56 and I still had more than half my ammo. I feel bad for people who dropped 30 coins on this. Maybe it will be more playable when there's only one in the middle of a team of spitfires.
