yeah, just link the twitch account to battle net. if you're canadian or from some non-usa country, you might need to do an eligibility "quiz" (to prove you aren't a bot essentially), which is a simple maths question. from there, I have it open in twitch in one tab and the OWL stream in another. I mute one tab and watch it in the twitch tab. I didn't get any of the twitch currency to contribute to cheering though, dunno what that's about.
