Bloodletter is still stupid strong with ~27% physicals. You could still farm OoS gems, though if you think you're korean enough.

It's sort of personal but on BLT builds I can get by the with 10 END from Military Vet with a stam rune.

I am thinking of starting with Noble Scion, then just pump VIT and BLT, everything at base.
It lets me go to 98 with 55 VIT.
