Can't think of an algorithm which would reliably predict these dips.

Generally people only sell crappy bots which give people just enough profit to jusify the fees.

If you want a real bot for real gains then make one yourself.

How do you normally predict if something goes up or down?

Translate that in code and add buy/sell/cancel function with a couple of failsafes.

If you don't know how to predict this then first do research before creating a bot.
