Every other DOMS I am sure what the pain is and able to push through it. Lower back DOMS always gives me a scare. Think it is a lacerated organ, kidney failure, slipped disc, etc.

I don't know if anyone else has experienced it, but lower-lower back or upper glute pain after squatting too heavy.

Calf doms. Was honestly walking on the balls of my feet for 4 days. Able to do a 5 min stretch to get my heals down each time I would stand up, then I'd sit down for 2 minutes and be fucked again. Lasted 6 days total.

This was first calf session, second session = no doms what so ever

between bench, OHP, and some accessories I end up with shoulder DOMS.

This is the only answer. I can still walk the next day no matter how hard I train my thighs, and upper body DOMS is actually enjoyable because it makes you feel like you did good work. Anybody saying anything other than calf DOMS is a fucking pussy that has never had calf DOMS.
