I have tiny wrists too. Most watches only have 1-2 holes left for me. I also make gains slowly despite meticulously keeping to schedule and counting macros.

The fact is, this is the hand you were dealt. You can either give up, or acknowledge it and not let it bother you.

I have skinny wrists and smaller hands, I'm 5'9 so it's not completely weird but it makes my shoulders and arms look bigger, I have sick insertions/genetics though so idk I think it's cool

What do tiny wrists have to do with anything. I have baby wrists (6 inch circumference) and it's never been an issue. Building forearms was a challenge, but hard work solves a lot of problems.
