How do you guys cook your chicken breast??

I don't have a grill. Is there something wrong with just cutting it in half lengthwise and just grilling it in a pan?

cut into chunks with scissors
put into container
marinate with whatever i have around
fry in pan

4.2 oz boneless skinless boiled chicken breast
serving of cooked spinach
a beet
iced tea

Good meal.

legit made me laugh

Take raw chicken breast
put in water
make water boil
take chicken breast out 10 minutes or so later
put thermometer in center of breast
wait till thermometer says 165
remove chicken breast
eat

>I don't have a grill. Is there something wrong with just cutting it in half lengthwise and just grilling it in a pan?

>buy 2 packets of fajita seasoning, and 5lbs of chicken breast
>mix in 1 gallon bag with some water and oil (see instructions on seasoning)
>keep in fridge at least an hour
>cook on george foreman grill
>comes out moist and tasty

Just get a foreman, they are not expensive and makes it convenient to cook chicken.

pan
sear with olive oil
season with salt and pepper
I add rosemary and honey when i feel like gordon

Kill yourself, cretin.

Marinading is super key. Makes chicken taste great even if you overcook it. Look up some healthy marinades online and be sure to leave the chicken soaking for at least 12-24 hours.

And cooking in a pan/baking in the oven are both perfectly fine.

>Kill yourself, cretin.
>2016
>carrying this much about your precious marinades that are actually just salad dressing and salt
>thinking that helps the half cooked bullshit oily chicken you make taste any better

Boiling is best. Period.

Intermittent fasting masterrace

>salad dressings
>not making your own marinade

Kill yourself.

Eating plain boiled chicken is a sure fire way to make yourself hate life and instantly crave shitty junk food. My chicken tastes delicious, definitely not oily, and I look forward to meal time rather than dread it.

Just because you're shit at cooking doesn't make everyone else.

Also, never said I dont put condiments on it, or mix it with other foods. Just that prep wise, plain boiling is the best way to go.

I'm not the one standing at the grill in cargo shorts and birkenstocks with tongs in my hand getting into a fight with Uncle Terry because I'm the ONLY one that knows how to REALLY cook a burger.
