Anyone have a non-gimmick stretching/foam rolling routine to increase mobility? thanks in advance

Stretching is gay though
Fkn kek.
probably not what you're looking for, but I do yoga for that. I simply don't have the patience to stretch regularly on my own, but yoga is pretty fun and you can show off your strength to the qts in some positions. you're also surrounded by girls in yoga pants with their asses in the air.
But board shorts was unnecessarily mean to that guy
Sure
1. Stop sitting at the computer all the time
2. Move around more
I think I'm going to start doing some more reps next week. Gonna keep the frequency the same.
Deadlift (w/ 15kg chains) 75%x4x4
Snatch Grip (w/ 15kg chains) 70%x6x3
My insomnia kicked in hard this weekend, so they felt pretty rough, even though the speed was decent. The small amount of rest between the sets didn't help either. Slightly higher RPE than last week, but nothing too bad all things considered.
