Im doing fine. Ive been a really dangerously thin person my whole life, i cam eat and eat and barely put on weight. Ive very low body fat so since I started eorking out about 6 months ago ive started getting sime definition, my triceps are noticable where they werr once non existent, same for chest and shoulders, I dont take bodybuilding as seriously as you guys though, I only work out with my body weight and a 20kg dumbell and HIIT. Thinking of buying more plates though.
I am 189cm and 169.4kg or 152lbs.
I dont knew if its a meme or not that high cardio impedes gains but fuck it, I live running and am extremeky fit cardio wise,

Youre just off the stage where you start looking big m8, but youll have to vastly increase your intake. Remember that the more muscle you have the higher your BMR is so you have to exponentially eat more. I got a job at domino's and dirty bulked on pizza, shit for my health but thats when i finally busted out of small fag territory.

AT my height and metabolism I'm surprised I even out on at all. I have two friend, both brothers, both 6 foot (2 inches shorter than me) and I was just like them, like pic related so I look drastically different in a good way.
I have started eating more though I hate it at times. Feels like shit.

If you end up with forearm pain from the straight barbell curls, swap them for dumbbell curls and do some reverse curls (work the forearm extensors)
Otherwise if you want, just add in some hammer strength stuff at the end of a workout, like the curl machine or the pec deck and get a pump rolling before leaving.
