Is this a meme or do they actually work?
Is this a meme or do they actually work?
im gunna say they dont fuckin work retard
Literally a meme.
So are the following:
>gloves
>belts
>lifting shoes
>skinny sweat pants
>underarmor
>wraps
>preworkout
>creatine
>protein powder
>earbuds in the gym
If you do any of those, you have some serious fucking issues.
> I wear a belt for deadlifts
>preworkout when I feel low energy
>creatine
I guess I am an autist then
and drinking a water
Live your life by some random dude's standards,
Or
Live by your own.
Fuck em all, go lift and feel the power.
Truuuuu
they do work, your forearms will be more needed
but is much better to have a forearm exercise than using it to diminish the biceps effort
don't forget oxygen
heres your (you)
>if you dont look and train exactly like me, you have some serious fucking issues
What kind of autist puts the penis protector around a barbell?
At my gym as soon as you're done using one it goes into a basket with the dirty towels, boxing gloves, etc.
let me check my meme status
>gloves x
>belts x
>lifting shoes x
>skinny sweat pants x
>underarmor x
>wraps x
>preworkout you mean warmup?
>creatine x
>protein powder x
>earbuds in the gym x
feels good not be a living meme
They ruin your lift, have no idea how normies can use them
they work. Great grip training, though you probably look like a tryhard if you don't lift 4plate.
What does this (you) meme mean?
he is right you know
that it's summer already
What do you mean "work"? They make the bar thicker and thus making your grip the limiting factor for a lot of lifts, that's what they're designed to do. So they do what they're designed to do, if that's what you mean.
but why wouldn't you just do weighted carries or hold on as long as possible on your last rep of deadlifts instead if you want grip strength?
Newfags already here, but haven't finished my cut....
>tfw
I use them for exercises which already require me to be holding dumbbells at my sides; lunges, shrugs, standing calf raises. For those, they're great at working forearms.
But for exercises where you have to actually move the weights around, I feel like they interfere with the movements more than they help.
