bulking is important if you think you're undersized or just want to get bigger. Like, you may be 5 foot 10, 150 pounds and want to get bigger to lift more or become a monster or just someone at like 200 that looks really well built. It's good for that, but if your goal is aesthetics and you're not too small then bulking may not be for you

you need to gain muscle mass if you want to see less fat at your current weight, and you can do that one of two ways. One, you can lift and eat at maintainence and get a shit ton of protein. Two, you could bulk to gain muscle and weight to later cut, and reveal the muscle you gained. The choice is yours.

There is no such thing as repositioning fat you're going to have to lean down or build enough muscle elsewhere to make it lol less fat/thick

At the point where i have to pick one. Thinking about option A. Any idea how long this would take?

I've done this before, would recommend if you're decently satisfied with your body as is.

It's more of a linear progression in terms of attractiveness. Sure, the progress is slower, but the progress itself entails fat loss and muscle gain so when you're consistently becoming more attractive.

I have bulked before but unfortunately realized that without low body fat my facial aesthetics go to shit.

i am lifting currently. was a way bigger fattie at 260 a year ago. Lost weight by doing exclusively cardio and calorie deficit Still eating at a 500 cal deficit but lifting 3 days a week trying to get lean. Any tips or things you could share?

If you're a fatty (as an ex-fatty) and presumably cutting then you will make strength gains slight muscle gains (really slight) and lose quite a bit of bfat.

If you are already at a decent level you'll probably gain little bit of muscle through body recomp however very slowly.

If you are skinny you will just stall after a certain point and either give up do roids or start eating more.

Bulking/cutting cycles are by far more efficient for muscle gain for a natty than recomping especially if this is your first 2-3 years of lifting.
Just don't be a retarded and bulk with 7000 calories.

I've heard that's impossible. At one time you can either put on weight or lose weight, but if youre new to lifting or juicing, sure its possible. Besides this "recomp" seems time-inefficient
