I am currently cutting on 2200 - 2500kcal / day( depending on the amount of activity) and I literally eat the exact same shit every single day. Is there anything wrong with this? I mean, my diet isnt lacking anything is it? (If it is please tell me). Anything I am missing here or am I good? diet:
meal 1: 125 oats, 300ml milk, 30g whey, 1 banana
meal 2 (after I get home): 1 can of baked beans, 4 eggs, 2 slices of pumpernickel
meal 3: 400g chicken breast, tons of broccoli and some curry sauce
Problem with eating ALWAYS the same shit is that you might end up lacking some micro elements. Now I'm no food expert so I won't evaluate you're specific diet, but you might want to swip beans for green peas or brown rice or lentils once in a while (for example). Also, 4 eggs a day might be high in cholesterol, but just something to check...

Your fasting cholesterol or postprandial cholesterol? Dietary cholesterol tends to only increase the latter significantly

Since you lost time making this stupid image, I'll lose my time with some actually good links
I hope this at least opens your eyes to the lies you've been told your entire life (Veeky Forums as a whole should already have done this)

Only kind of science on Veeky Forums. Fo' real tho, you don't have to eat eggs per se, but you should eat fats in general, best source of them are nuts.
Test is made from cholesterol, cholesterol is made in the liver, the thing is you should not eat too much saturated and should avoid trans fats entirely. That doensn't mean avoid saturated fats, just don't eat more than 0.5 gram to a 1 gram per kilogram of bodyweight.
Problems mainly occur because of diets that are both high in sugar and in fat. You either eat high carbs with moderate fat. Or high fat with low carbs.

nap.edu/read/10490/chapter/11 >Given the capability of all tissues to synthesize sufficient amounts of cholesterol for their metabolic and structural needs, there is no evidence for a biological requirement for dietary cholesterol. nap.edu/read/10490/chapter/32#1325 >Dietary cholesterol >As low as possible while consuming a nutritionally adequate diet
Testosterone production in adult males is 4-12 mg/day, while endogenous cholesterol synthesis in humans is 12-13 mg/kg a day. The receptors responsible for delivering cholesterol to Leydig cells are saturated at 50 mg/dL and 30 mg/dL blood LDL-C and HDL-C, respectively. You have more than enough.
Over and above this is actually bad, for the cells can become overloaded with cholesterol or it can start to oxidize, both of which are toxic and impair production.
>That doensn't mean avoid saturated fats, just don't eat more than 0.5 gram to a 1 gram per kilogram of bodyweight. That range would permit a 75kg individual to consume 75g of saturated fat. Unless they are consuming 11250 calories a day, it exceeds the recommended Problems mainly occur because of diets that are both high in sugar and in fat. Drinking and smoking are harmful and both are ideally avoided. The principle is no different with unhealthy fats and added sugars.
>You either eat high carbs with moderate fat. >Or high fat with low carbs. What's so bad about staying in the AMDR for both carbohydrate and fat and avoiding fad diets entirely?
