Sick of almost zero gains, I've only put on about 10lbs of lean mass over the course of a year with perfect, soulcrushing discipline. My "party" is 1-2 bacardi and diet cokes once a week.

I'm about to start baby's first cycle, I can't eat 20lbs+ of chicken/25lbs potatoes/6 dozen eggs+egg whites every single week for the rest of my life.
