Stop cutting and do a slow bulk. You're fucking 18, you're supposed to be growing. Make sure to do heavy rows, squats and deadlifts if you don't already, you have decent chest in comparison to overall development but more weight would definitely help you.

I dont consider myself anything close to an expert on fitness, but what has being working for me is focus on compound movements and train for strength (low reps). I also swim 3 hours each week, but cardio kills gainz.
