lunges, skwaats, kettlebell swings, deadlifts, goodmornings, abduction and adduction machine, cross banded walk, glute bridges, hip thrusts, bird dogs, fire hydrants, jump squats, step ups, yoke walk, broad jumps, box jumps, 1 hour sessions of walking on stepmill, calf raises, sprinting, cycling.
Probably missed a couple. but do all of these multiple times a week and you'll get them weels some how.

hey I'm going to be honoest with you, the body you posted is the result of at least 2 years of hardcore, dedicated heavy lifting and very strict dieting. I'm talking 8~ of sleep per day, 15~ of gym per week, and that's not counting meal prepping.
