But user,the texas method has you do 5x5 and 90% of your 5 rep maxes on monday every week. the point of it is that you do the hard day on monday and then recover for the friday PRs. I'd be more concerned that he couldn't recover by monday

As long as that's based off 5 rep maxes i don't see the issue. 90% of a 5rm is about 80% of a 1rm.

too much volume, either cut out saturday, cut out the 5x10 sets on friday, or possibly combine the saturday and friday and get rid of the 5x10 sets. You don't need this much volume and probably can't recover without roids, just don't go the other way and pull a Blaha where you do no volume

I performed my first autopsy "by myself". The doctor was there to instruct me but I was the one who cut everything open and took everything out of the guy and sliced the organs etc.

It was messy but fun.

Kinda creepy cause the guy had just died a couple of hours ago though. Also it's surprisingly easy to cut open the ribcage, but goddamn it takes forever to open the skull (at least with dyel arms like me keke).
