Fucked up link my bad

Here, this is the most recent pic i got.
Damn, thats strong - looks really solid, and effortless. Can't believe you achieved that, with only 2 years of lifting - what does your "program" look like? even though that properply is a kliche question, lol.

Here is my 261kg squat, at 19 years old.
youtube.com/watch?v=inwEq75i12U

My program is basically just a basic linear periodization model, start the cycle off with light weight for high reps, add weight every week and lower the reps towards comp

I don't believe in fancy training methods anymore, although they definitely are fun lol

Not to bring you down or anything lad, but are you natty? Idc either way, just wondering cause 5'9" 107kg based of how lean you look in your youtube DP is nuts lol

I'm actually not super weak in squat I just took a bunch of weight off to work on form without the belt.

Deadlift 445 lbs
Bench 245 lbs
All one rep max from a month ago. Been seriously lifting for about a year and a half

Post vid of deadlift

Nice, thats an awesome approach to training you got there - people don't believe how far linear periodization will take you.
Yeah i am natty, swear - most of the fat is stored in my legs, as well as the muscle. All i pretty much do is deadlifts, ohp, bench, squats, dips and pull-ups, those exercises will take you much further than people think.

Is there any chance that you could help me setting up a linear periodization program? im just coming off a strongman meet, and haven't really tried true programming, just gone by "feel" for the last 5 years (pic is 15 to 20 yo.) - would be really gratefull.

5'7"

Squat 405
Bench 315

Well desu I have no idea how to set up programming, I have 3 coaches who do that for me so I don't have to worry about it lmao

Wish I could help but I'm hopeless tbqh

Bench 70kg x 2
Squat 70kg x 5

haha damn but thats okay, would you recommend getting a coach, if you really wants to make sure that you make good progress?

5'9
200 lb fatso
All 3x5
Bench 100lb db each
Ohp 140 bb / 60 lbs db
Squat 180lbs
Dead 260
Barbell bent row 205

Yes im chicken legged.

It can help you a lot, in terms of technique, programming and having someone to help you do all the strategizing on comp day which is very good for you since you can just focus on lifting.

All in all if you want less stress, get a coach

But if you prefer coaching yourself and are good at it, that's also a good option

Okay, thanks a lot man, u been a great help, will definitly consider it.

hvor lofter du?
