Biceps and Triceps

Do you guys work both on the same day? I find that when I do one, I can't get as much out of the other.

you can do both on the same day and both will perform at 100% if you only do isolations.if you do compound exercises they'll probably be fatigued before you isolate them and you wont be able to go for a PR.

My tris are over developed compared to my bis and i dont even isolate them. Bench and ohp work them enough

What am i supposed to do, stop benching? I already isolate my bis with 2 types of curls but they are babby compared to my tris. Hammer curl 60lb dbs for reps too ;_;

i do a PPL routine.

Ill start off with compounds and then move onto isolations. I finish with tricep extensions. on pull day ill finish with curls.

if i ever miss a workout tho ill combine it. So ill spend about 2 hrs at the gym after a missed workout and thats the only time i do them on the same day.

when talking about arm development there is nothing superior to the dumbbell.it allows great range of motion,natural movements,it is gentle on the wrists and hard on the forearms and it can correct strength imbalance in limbs.
if you rely on barbells for curls or skull crushers you're pretty much setting yourself up for imbalance.

I've been here for years and years and I rarely ever see anyone type 1/2/3/4
