I use rolled oats. Add a scoop of whey and 1tbp of peanut butter.
Publix if you are in the SE, Quaker otherwise.
Tablespoon of maple syrup and butter for every 2 cups, add frozen blueberries, raspberries or blackberries.

Yeah but it's healthy
The best tasting is steel cut oats, but it takes forever to cook. Rolled oats are decent if you're lazy.
They also make for great desert

I get mine from Aldi cheap af. Use around 200g with a couple tablespoons of peanut butter for my morning smoothie. About 1000~ calories.
I used the Quaker old fashioned. and since I'm cutting I used 1 1/2 cup water and 3/4 cup oats. Serving of frozen blueberries is 70 cals. Sprinkle little cinnamon sugar and drizzle lil honey on top. Whole bowl is like 300 calories and keeps me pretty full. Only thing that sucks it cooking them. I use a stove because fuck that microwave shit. I like my oats thick and high test like my women
If I eat only, and ONLY, oats for bulking, will I be gaining muscle?
