Forgot Multivitamin......

what do you take as an appetite suppressant?

>muh ddurrr faggot vegans need supplements cause their diet is flawed

>Omega 3
>Flax seed oil
>Probiotic

not vitamins or minerals

I take these because I never get enough vegetables into my diet not because i'm vegan

>>Flax seed oil
Are you a man wanting to be a girl but don't have access to estrogen pills? I really hope you are.

that was my fucking point

people say vegans are retarded and eat unnaturally, while the vast majority of people in the west a deficient in something

and very, very few are vegans

But uhm, if you were vegan, you would gett all those without having to supplement

>omega3
>multivita
>D
>zinc
>magnesium
>test e
>tren a

I didn't realize that.

I started taking them because I can't handle the ADHD pills I used to have to take and flax seed oil really helped.

Helped how? I also have this made-up bullshit condition called "ADHD" according to my doc, and I just stopped taking my amphetamine pills without supplementing it with anything. Feel so much better and I manage school just fine, ADHD is just another word for being a sheltered lazy shit. Stop smoking weed if you're doing that shit too.

Started taking D3 and zinc recently. D3 because I got very little sun over the winter, and zinc because I bought into the testosterone raising meme. Should I be taking multivitamins? I don't believe in supplementing where there is no deficiency, and I eat a varied salad next to lots of whole foods every day.

I take fish oil and D3. Fish oil because it's GOAT, and vitamin D because I work overnight 5 days a week and rarely see the sun.

>Vitamin D
>poisoning your body with fat-soluble vitamins instead of going outside
Alright m8

I was "diagnosed" as a child and took the pills the gave me but I found they made me irritable. When I went to University I met some guys that supplemented it instead of Ritalin/Dexadrine. They basically told me it was oil for your brain, keeps things moving well. That estrogen count really has put me off of it though...

>every country has sunlight every single day all year around
You must be murican

I live in Northern Canada. I don't get as much sun as you southerners.

>amorphophallus konjac

Do any anons know how I can get more potassium through supplements?

I am trying damn hard to eat more veggies but I literally go through a bag of spinach in 3 days.

...

Anything good for anxiety?

Tap water & skoal

eat some stuff that's cholesterol heavy and jog in the sun for 30mins and you're good to go
I'm from Germany, summer vacation for students is fucking 6 weeks because that's all the sun we get here
you're just falling for the pilled jews

>mfw you say this
>mfw when its cloudy out
>mfw when theres no sun

>pilled jews

Must be very generous Jews then.

£10 for a years supply

What flavour?

Better be Straight or Mint

>vegans dont need to take any supplements
i want you to explain to the class why your answer is wrong

yeah and even when I'm outside only my face is exposed. Its recommended Canadians take 400mg of Vitamin D during the winter months then go off it for the summer, so basically 8-9 months on vitamin D and 3-4 months off.

just fucking enjoy your overdose

>if you were vegan, you would gett all those without having to supplement
Actually, he would just substitute these supps for another batch of pills. For example, I bet he has great blood iron.

its not though

B12??? Lol, thats bacteria, the fucking meat youre eating was supplemented B12, cause everything is so stale now days, B12 is gone

Vitamin D: Dont be a retard

You got anything else? Come on

50,000 IU is the limit for human consumption

Each pill has 5000 IU

It isn't known whether phytoestrogens actually have an estrogenic effect on the body.

Infact areas in Japan like Okinawa have men who do not experience age related decline in tesosterone and they think this is due to phytoestrogens in their diet helping their bodies to regulate their hormones.

See this is the problem with this shit.

There's so many opinions and so few facts.

>bro

If i miss a day of vitamins do i lose gains?

thanks user! This will help when I ate no kale or spinach

Iron, faggot

Fish oil and BCAA

>vit A
>Fish Oil
>Magnesium
>Zinc
>vit D

I keep hearing people rave about l-theanine, saying it made their social anxiety dissapear, or that it helps them focus while studying. Guess I'll give it a try.

>Zinc
>Vitamin D

Several OTC's so I can go to bed without thinking of how depressing my life is and thinking about offing myself.

>what vital-minerals and minerals does fit take

Any good appetite suppressor recommendations?

How do I find d outowhich supplements I should be taking? Can I just order a blood test?

uhhhhhh none. lol. is this shit necessary?
i eat fruits and veggies and sardines and stuff

Multi, 2 vitamin D tabs (doc's orders, levels were OK but could be better), and fish oil.

Was taking b12 but blood tests showed i was unusually high so doc recommended i cut down, as i already get above and beyond ny DV from energy drinks. Kinda concerned tho cause you're not supposed to end up with high b12 levels unless your liver is fucked or something. But they didn't seem very concerned so idk.

Zinc, magnesium

Totalhealth.previnex.com

Magnesium malate 1250mg
Zinc chelate (albion) 30mg
Glucosamine / Chondroitin 500/400mg (climber)
Vitamin B complex
Vitamin D 5000IU
Omega 3 fish oil 2000mg

Someone watches Leroy Colbert

I don't know who that is. Why?

FDA won't let products be supplemented more than 5% of your Potassium requirement.

Each of those pills only has 5% of your daily requirement.

You must get most of your Potassium from food.

>Potent phytoestrogen

That's an oxymoron. Phytoestrogens are very weak.

lpi.oregonstate.edu/mic/dietary-factors/phytochemicals/lignans

>Estrogens are signaling molecules (hormones) that exert their effects by binding to estrogen receptors within cells (Figure 3). The estrogen-receptor complex interacts with DNA to change the expression of estrogen-responsive genes. Estrogen receptors are present in numerous tissues other than those associated with reproduction, including bone, liver, heart, and brain (7). Although phytoestrogens can also bind to estrogen receptors, their estrogenic activity is much weaker than endogenous estrogens, and they may actually block or antagonize the effects of estrogen in some tissues (8). Scientists are interested in the tissue-selective activities of phytoestrogens because anti-estrogenic effects in reproductive tissue could help reduce the risk of hormone-associated cancers (breast, uterine, ovarian, and prostate), while estrogenic effects in bone could help maintain bone density. The enterolignans, enterodiol and enterolactone, are known to have weak estrogenic activity. At present, the extent to which enterolignans exert weak estrogenic and/or anti-estrogenic effects in humans is not well understood.

B Complex w/ Vitamin C
D3
Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc (it's on one pill)
Iron once every two days (Upper limit on Iron is 40 mg a day. Daily requirement for men is only like 11 mg a day).

generic multivitamin
just started d3 with k2 and fish oil

5-htp, melatonin, and glucosamine after dinner

i used to take insane amounts of C and my recovery was a lot better

zinc and magnesium. in 100 words or less can someone tell me 1) the benefit of supplementing these and 2) why I should bother supplementing them if I take a multivitamin that gives me some or all of my daily amount

Zinc and magnesium are good for sleep, skin, helps with relaxing your muscles and test levels. Look it up.
Also multivitamins usually suck and have zinc/magnesium in oxide form which is as useful as eating sand. Always get chelated forms.

any negative interactions between other supplements or OTC stuff? what's a good starting dosage for both?

I'm not aware of any interactions except for vivid as fuck dreams.
One thing that sucks is that most magnesium forms (most common chelate is citrate) can give you the shits. That's why I ordered malate from Amazon and it doesn't do that to me. Absorption rate is different for different forms so get the dosage from the supplement box.
15mg is the recommended zinc dosage and it will have noticeable effects, but many take as much as 50mg (should be the safe limit).

cool, thanks user. i take melatonin for sleep and 5-htp for mood (also used to take it to lucid dream). that's the main reason i asked. but my dreams aren't vivid the way they were when i first started taking the supps so zinc and magnesium should be all right.

Forgot to stress that never get minerals in oxide form. Always get an amino-acid chelate. However, since oxide is cheap most supplements have them so it can be difficult to find a one that's not a scam. Especially when it comes to magnesium and even then the most common chelate is citrate which can give you the shits. Try to find orotate or malate.

>magnesium supplements

Don't you guys eat whole grains?

Only oats, but I've supplemented magnesium for a long time even before getting fit because I get muscle cramps easily.

>all these people taking the vitamin D3 placebo

I dont get much sun either and take 2000iu per day for 30 days and still feel no difference.

The multivitamin companies are laughing all the way or the bank, and i say the same thing for fish oil too

You sound so gay. At least the flax seed guy had a legit reason

Try living in northern europe with no sun in the winter. People get fucked in the head.

I assume you take d3 supps? Tell me the difference, maybe i don't even need them after all

if that's all i've gotta do to get the same benefits as the supplement i'm all for it. i've been craving banana, PB, and honey sandwiches

not taking sides. i just started trying out d3 and got k2 to go with it because i read that d3 isn't adequately absorbed without it. so, maybe try k2? idk

Better sleep, better skin, more energy. Hard to isolate the D3 effects tho because I take a stack of supps -

one thing i see being overlooked in this thread is quality of the supplement. im sorry but you cant expect (in most cases) to buy a cheap supplement and think it will effect you. its basically known that all of the cheap stuff is synthetic derivates of actual vitamins that your body can't even properly recognize or use. a good example is b vitamins which everybody knows you piss them out and your piss turns neon green. this is because its literally passing through your body and doing nothing. if you take the actual absorbable b-vitamins this doesnt happen and you can actually feel the effects also. but these higher quality supplements generally will cost 2-3 times more than a generic one you would find at a pharmacy or something.

Whole grains and peanuts are good sources of magnesium. And they have other minerals too, so it's like killing 13 birds with one stone

mirin those quads brah

which brands consistently provide high quality supplements?

Nice trips brah

checked

>a good example is b vitamins which everybody knows you piss them out and your piss turns neon green. this is because its literally passing through your body and doing nothing

Well yeah, when the dose is 10,000% of the DRI and they're water-soluble, you're going to piss it out. If you absorbed it all, you'd probably die.

i needed to hear that. i'm all for eating my vitamins and minerals, and for eating more in general

you just have to know what to look for when you're buying them. research which ingredients are synthetic and the source/freshness of the ingredients. alot of fish oils go rancid from being left in sunlight and having clear bottles. most common synthetics are b12 and most of the forms of minerals like zinc/magnesium. i know most of them but its hard to list all of them here. just google synthetic vitamins minerals. this is a pervasive thing and most of the marketed vitamins are actually junk because they just make the cheapest possible product and highly market it

Test E
Tren E
Anadrol

Only vitamins I need

Vitamin tablets are grossly inefficient. Youd probably only absorb 20% of it, you get much much better absorption from real foods.

Tfw spending $100 a week on vitamins and mineral supps

Christ.... Sometimes i think i should i just spend it on whole foods

$100 a week is pittance senpai... Tbh

Multi
Zinc
Magnesium
Vit K
Vit D spray
Calcium and D3
Vitamin B12 spray
Omega 3,6,9
Acidophilus
Iron

I take all of those because ive got crohns and get all kinds of fucked up deficiency symptoms otherwise.

Not all of us earn above $1k a week

You dont need to earn $1k to be able to afford $100 a week of vitamin supps.

i eat food including fruits and vegetables and drink mineral water.
enjoy dr. schlomos pills you low iqs
