Seriously though, I'm beginning to think tumblr is right and that being fat is genetics, I literally can't get my bmi below 25

at least you dont have to deal with roaches

>1 month
Try keeping it up for 6+ months. And if it just doesn't work, lower the amount of food you eat.

You don't need a doctor to tell you your bmi.

How do your clothes fit and feel on you? That's a better metric then any bmi or body fat calculation

I'm skelly around my waist, but I have wide hips and love handles. Clothes look awful on me.

ITS CALLED A MIRROR AND IT WORKS WAY BETTER THAN BMI FATASS

The summer is one months away,
6 MONTHS IS TOO LONG

You're eating too many calories. I'm sure you're a very healthy BMI of 25. Cut your portion sizes by 1/4 for a month and see how it goes.

>want to get fit
>shit genetics gave me a heart defect that will probably make the next doctor i go to tell me stop working out at all

you dont know true suffering and anxiety

8 scoops of preworkout goddamnit

You're literally .1 points away from a 'healthy weight'. Its been a month. Just take one more goddamn shit and you're there. Goddamn.

is this some meme about a guy who died of a heart attack while working out?

my bmi is 25 aswell, but thats mostly muslce. i dont look fat at all. your bmi can be high because of MASSIVE GAINZ. or you could just be fat

Should have decided this before. Maybe you'll make it before next summer.

18 BMI here.

Enjoy you're day, fatsos.

How's twink mode?

>tfw you're months away from reaching this

All of my clothes doesn't fit me, almost impossible to find pants due to very odd length to waist ratio, everyone is always concerned about my weight which is flattering even though they never mean it, less hungry but still always hungry, any sports is much more exhausting than before and getting rest takes longer.

But along the way I picked up anorexia and still look fat to myself most of the time.

man it's time to start bulking.

I went from 72kg of pure fat at 177 cm to 59kg (18.8 bmi), but thankfully friend told me I look way to skinny, so that was the moment when I decided that my first cut is over and I started eating a bit more. Am at 65kg, 5 months later, so a little bit more than 1kg per month and I am pretty happy with the progress, most of it is muscle mass.

I feel pretty good now, so seriously, start eating and lifting man.

bmi is a horrible way to judge your health, if you are stocky and muscular, eating health and 10% bf you can still be way over the recommended bmi. The guy who invented bmi even says its a terrible way of judging fitness and that was back in the early 1900's

I'm pretty sure you took the b8 m8

Unfortunately I live outside of the US and would be outcast by my family if I was to get into fitness or weight training. I'll have to finish uni and move out first.

At my peak few years ago I was around 90kg, but now I'm 68kg at 193cm. I'm 21 years old though, I'm not sure how much I can accomplish anyway now, I'm just another loser.

>tfw they're in your protein shakes

You can lose weight by eating a caloric deficit you lardass

Oh wait you're a weak little beta cuck that doesn't know how to watch what he eats

kek

then at least don't loose any more weight. Where you are at now is probably a good starting point for the time when you actually start doing fitness related stuff, since you have a low body fat % (you will see your gains faster).
I know how you feel, I still felt fat at 18.8 bmi, even with low BF %, but that's because I had 0 muscle. So do yourself a favor, and start mantaining your weight, or maybe even add a kg or 2, so you at least get to 19 BMI.

I am 20, from EU, may I ask where you are from that your family doesn't want you to be healthy?

IMPORTANT:
Google "reddit bodyweight fitness wiki" and searh for recomended routine. It's pretty good, you will be able to do a lot of stuff without any equipment.

WE ARE ALL GONNA MAKE IT!

You cannot be 10% bf and unhealthy bmi without roids
symmetricstrength.com/calculator/ideal_bodyweight

my bmi is 27.1 at like 11% bf.

Post pic of self.

Thanks for the advice.

I live in a Slavic country I'd rather not name. It's very rural.

what the fuck is wrong with you lmao?

>Using BMI

>Ever

2016 and still thinking BMI has anything to do with your actual health.
Check you FFMI.

Underweight: < 18.5
Normal weight: 18.5 - 24.9
Overweight: 25 - 29.9
Obese: ≥ 30

Mine is 35 which is considered to be obese

FFMI scale Iam 22

■ 16 – 17: below average

■ 18 – 19: average

■ 20 - 21: above average

■ 22: excellent

■ 23 – 25: superior

■ 26 – 27: scores considered suspicious but still attainable naturally

■ 28 – 30: highly unlikely scores to be obtained naturally without steroid usage

how about I save us both some time and I don't. I'll just get accused or steroids because I have a shoulder pump and anyone bigger than you is not natty.

>uni is having some health week shit
>get bmi tested
>5"6, 198lbs
>bmi of like 30>

Tfw very fit, wew lad

■ 26 – 27: scores considered suspicious but still attainable naturally

■ 28 – 30: highly unlikely scores to be obtained naturally without steroid usage
why is this unlikely? i mean its all about body fat % not about muscle mass. skeletor has to be in this range

>why is this unlikely? i mean its all about body fat % not about muscle mass. skeletor has to be in this range
Not sure if bait...
FFMI is nothing to do with BF%, it is literally Fat Free Mass Index. The amount you weigh minus the fat.

I'm 26... Thinking about just offing myself at this point. I have no motivation to stick to my gym schedule with all the stress from school. Lost 50 lbs but my weight loss has stalled recently, I need to drop like 20 more. Fuck life
