I missed lunch so dinner will be
1/2 lb ground beef
2 c refried beans

Woke up at 12 pm so no breakfast

>3 sandwiches

>500 g yoghurt (Icelandic style)

>125 g gnocchi
>125 ml yoghurt
>1/3 bell pepper
>1/3 courgette

>150g unsalted cashews

About 2 cups of 2% milk, a mixture of life cereal and some knock off with strawberries in it to finish off both, 6-inch sub with like 2.5 oz ham, 2 triangles of Swiss cheese, activated almonds, a fuckload of shredded lettuce to fill me up, 3 pickle slices, and like half of a small pack of mayo. Still have 2 meals left for the day, shooting for about 2700 calories as per Scooby's calculator.

What should I cut out? Obviously mayo's doing nothing for me but I needed at least a little to wash down all that lettuce.

chicken breast marinated in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, onions, garlic, and oregano
steamed carrots and broccoli

sandwich with salad sliced ham 2 slices of pork steak and 1 minced meat steak

- banana and strawberries (8oz)

-8oz of salad (romaine and spinach)

-2 tbsp of dressing (italian)

-4 oz of mushrooms
-4 oz of peppers
-4 oz of squash
-3 pieces of chicken tenderloin(4oz)
- 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
-Veggies were cooked in a skillet with olive oil and the yogurt was put on top.

Chipotle half chicken half steak.

400g of beef with pasta and veggies for brunch

About to make a chicken breast with green peppers and tikka masala sauce.

On the plus side I'm finally getting some vascularity on my forearms and my abnormally high cheek bones are getting defined instead of making me look like a baby when I smile.

-breakfast: 2 slices of bread with peanut butter.
-lunch: big fried steak (turkey) and baked potatoes + some salad and soup.
-bowl of grapes
-quiet a bit of some homemade dessert (dough+quark).
-1 scoop
-Dinner: 2 slices of bread with peanut butter.

I think that's it. Also ran 21km, so I probably didn't eat enough.

Why not mustard? It has very little calories and tastes 1000x better than shitnaise

plenty of sauces/flavorings that are 0 or low calorie (mustard, hot sauces, vinegar, fish sauce, sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, MSG, semen)

also I prefer whole milk, the fat is what keeps you full. Just drink/use less if you watching calories or mix it with some water.

2700 is a lot of calories though so you dont necessarily need to be super strict

yeah, I am actually on the lighter side, slowly gaining some weight through past few months though. As I said, I probably didn't eat enough considering the long run.
