Almost snapped my shit up, I need to strengthen my lower back more, any suggestions apart from back extensions which I'm already doing?

Do back extensions, and leg raises.

Shit fucking sucks. Deloading and focusing on other lifts helped cement progress for me. With determination and discipline you WILL make it.
