Most guys think that if they just keep doing whatever they're doing and add steroids into the mix, then they're going to look like pro bodybuilders and fitness models, and that shit just isn't true. And I will say that if you started lifting and eating healthy religiously at a young age, and kept that up for 15+ years, you could look like Zane while staying natural. I'm on steroids, I know the amount of effort it takes to get good results. I work twice as hard as my natty mates and eat much cleaner. They spend an hour in the gym 5 days a week and they're done, I lift 2 hours a day 7 days a week eating 5000 cals clean not drinking on weekends etc. What I'm saying is don't give newbies this idea that they can ever come close to Olympia size without fantastic genetics, years of lifting and chemical enhancement because they'll become discouraged after a year when they realize it's all bullshit.
