Not even bait. I was a hungry skelly/skinny fat. 6'1 and 145 lbs in clothes. Now I'm 179 lbs naked with a tiny bit of abs.
I bought some dried seaweed recently. It's 30 calories for like 10 or 12 pieces. Not filling, but does satisfy the desire to easy something. Mostly useful on a cut, I guess.

Nuts are GOAT tier. Make sure you get unsalted and natural (not roasted or anything) though and even then keep an eye on the serving size. They're delicious and high in protein but some can be pretty calorie dense (I just had a 125g bag of cashews last week that was 600-700 kcal. They were salted and shit but still)
There is literally nothing healthy about nuts, don't listen to this fucktard All nut fat is heavily weighted almost 10:1 omega 6 to omega 3. How is that healthy at all? Omega 6 is literally one of two fats that can even be considered unhealthy for 99% of the world's population
Eat jerky, fruits, quest bars, grilled veggies if you must. Or just eat anything and count your calories, but nuts here are again a shitty idea because a handful of nuts is like 250cals and takes like 4 bites to eat
I keep seeing these around. Other than price, only other thing that bugged me was the fact they contain sucralose.
I'll consider more fruit and jerky as my to-go snacks.

Your body only absorbs a certain amount of calories from nuts- you get only 30 or 40 percent of what's listed on the serving size.

That's why I prefer to buy sliced almonds in bulk at winco. weigh out 30g of them, and eat one or two pieces at a time ends up taking me 10 mins or so to eat the serving of nuts. Tricks me into thinking I'm eating more than only having 24 almonds and being done in no time. Also I've had almonds every night with dinner for the last year or so. yum
This is only a problem if you're some sort of retard that consumes vegetable oils/doesn't eat a lot of canned sardines and salmon. O6 is an EFA and is absolutely good for you, and nuts are very nutrient dense
Some of the calories go through you but you but you absorb way more than 30%, they're still very fatty
