Breakfast: an avocado and some pu erh tea, swig of coconut oil, 400mg magnesium citrate and 5mg chelated copper

Lunch/Snack: Espresso, or cashew nuts and pu erh tea

Dinner: Garlic omelette (3 eggs) with a side of pickles, swig of coconut oil, 40mg zinc picolinate

In my opinion every meal should have a good mix of protein, fat and carbs. Eggs have a good amount of the first two, and a whole bunch of micros. 4 boiled eggs and an apple make a great poverty snack
