Chinups and lose weight :)
Do lots of chin ups every day.
doing chin ups
Losing weight will have a huge impact. Even if only twenty pounds
2 months between sets is too much rest time, cut it down to 5 min max
Do everything but chinups
aim for sets of 10
all the reps that you can't do, do negatives
add 2
repeat
ok got it, chinups, but
10xMax, 1 minute rest
3x6 with 30 minute rest
thats impossible
youre fucked
Weighted chin ups brethren
What military has a requirement for 20 fucking chinups?
for the marines, the max pt score is 20 pull-ups
The kind that actually requires good physique from their soldiers, unlike the US
same for polish officer uni
grease the groove.
most special forces have a minimum requirement of 10 or so, but to be competitive for a contract one needs to pull off at LEAST 18-20. Same for pushups and situps, minimum 50, competitive minimum around 100.
literally no military anywhere has a minimum score of 20 pull-ups/chinups for a soldier
you're retarded
>chin-ups every day
>lose weight
Are chin-ups all about neurel efficiency rather than muscle growth, or do muscles not apply for chin ups?
A minimum of 20 is fucking insane. 10 is a good enough requirement, a dude is in wicked shape if he can do fifteen.
up to 20, muscles don't matter that much.
i want max score
if one is at 12-14, 20 is more getting the muscles not to tire out
That's tough. I think you need SS+GOMAD
good, you should be aiming for the maximum
6 is really low though, idk if its possible to get up to 20 in 2 months
Cardio and a better diet, do more chinups
Squats
lel
This
So you only have 14 more to do and you have 2 months. That's like one chinup every five days, that's easy.
You could maybe do weighted chin ups and do like 8 sets of 2. Then do like a 6xF with just BW
At the start of your workout, do them to failure.
Rest 5 minutes.
Do them to failure again.
Rest 5 minutes.
Do them to failure again.
Go do rest of work out.
Come back for three more sets at the end.
After your down, hang on the bar for as long as you can. Don't be a pussy and let go because it gets uncomfortable. Hang on that bar until your forearms literally give out and you drop.
>50 situps
What? Are these some special kind of sit ups?
My abs are only starting to feel it at 50. I do sets of 200.
Squats + deadlifts. You don't need a special snowflake program.
>tfw only can do max 2 real chin-ups
max out on chin-ups twice a day, every day.

THANKS TO
PAVEL'S PULL-UP PROGRAM
YES
I KNOW IT'S PULL-UPS
BUT YOU CAN SWITCH IT TO CHIN-UPS
IT WORKED
FOR ME
GOOD LUCK FAGGOT
3 pull ups every hour your at home
increase by 1 pull up every week
at the end of two months you will easily be able to do 12 every hour and 20 in one go
>le grease the groove
There's a time limit
Came here to say negatives
Bruh how much do u weigh? 6 fucking chin ups? I'm 250lbs and I hit 16
dont join the marines lol, shit is retarded
Progressive overload, and train pull ups every two days.
Easy.
If this is for army, do plenty of cardio too, lose a little weight. It makes a big difference.
be able to do at least 17, focus on cardio for getting that 18 min two mile, and just do the 100 sit ups cause those are easy. thats a first class pft score there
i mean 3 mile
Do 2-3 chin ups multiple times a day.
No I don't mean in a normal workout where you do a set rest for a few minutes then do another set. I mean do a random set of 2-3 chin ups multiple times a day.
this, like a motherfucker. 20 pounds would easily get you 6 more without any training
dont join the marine corps you fucking retard
