Listen here twink, do your squats, do your deadlifts, do chin-ups, pull-ups, rows, and do your OHP and lateral raises and you'll look good.
unless you can see the pl8s deadlift has to be the worst lift to be photographed doing. at least if you squat and theyre out of frame it still looks like youre doing something

I mean, I squatted in the past when I was starting out and was learning how to lift. But, I've been running for years and worked as a lumberjack for 2 years as well. Moving logs that are hundreds of pounds doesn't come without gains as fuck.
I don't know what to tell you. I threw on a plate, and it was light as fuck. Threw on another. Could still do at least 20 reps. Threw on a 25, was getting close to 10 rep range. Threw on a 35, still feeling decent enough. Threw on another 45 and got 3 reps out and did 3 more sets of 315.

Left basically has the worst fucking shoulder width you can get.
Wide hips don't matter as long as your shoulders are wide enough for it.
