Any tips for having more energy and focus throughout the day?
How do you guys start your mornings?
Do you take any supps or make any dietary changes for getting the most out of your day?
>be me >21 >sleep 10-12 hours on days I don't have to get up early for work >irregular sleep schedule because of work >unless I'm on stims always feel like I could go for a nap >don't remember the last time I woke up before noon unless it was for work
I want to be more like one of these Jocko Willink type characters who wake up at 4am and start getting shit done. Is it all a matter of discipline? I feel like I'm falling behind in this adulthood game

Have a non-negotiable time you wake up every morning, get out of bed right away and create a morning routine. You may need more iron if you're feeling sluggish throughout the day.

>Have a non-negotiable time you wake up every morning This is the hard part for me, unless I have some obligation where other people depend on me (work), it's nearly impossible for me to convince my sleepy brain to get out of bed and start doing shit.

>wake up at 8am sharp >eat a serving of oatmeal I prepared monday of that week >finish oatmeal, make shake >work out, chug shake, and get on Veeky Forums >11pm attend classes and then my part time job >get home and shitpost until 9pm, when I lay down and listen to moe jazz on repeat >stop music at 10pm >contemplate suicide until I fall asleep >repeat It's not hard OP, just find a good schedule that works for you. Some people just can't follow a fixed schedule, and that's okay

I can't sleep or wake at consistent times, so my life is a continual nightmare of waking at 3AM or 6PM or whatever with no relief or escape.
