There are loads of health problems that come with training to be the best in the world at a sport, most specifically the use of PEDs during training seasons.

The mentality of a lot of these people is to burn hard and fast while they're young and their bodies can adapt as quickly as possible.

The difference between a fat power lifter or sumo wrestler compared to a regular fat person is that the sumo wrestler and power lifter are actually working out incredibly hard every single day as opposed to hitting up maccas and walking for 10 minutes a day.
