I-I can explain. The first half year was homegym, with none of the 4 main lifts but bench. I started with 90 lb x 5 on bench, and never upped the weight because I didn't know what I was doing. Then I took almost a year off of benching. Everything else until two months ago were accessory lifts. So shit progress for 1.5 years, but I'm on a good routine now and making steady progress.

gives you a decent amount of endurance + stamina + strength as a base
wrestling taught me how to work really hard and how to have a good diet, which really helps. track and field events like jumping and throwing put a lot of muscle on me and I was very explosive and coordinated.

I'm 25 and have been lifting on and off for 6 years, with the a chunk of two really consistent years (at my strongest at the end of that, no surprise). Recently been lifting 8 months from 4 months of my only exercise being sex, bicycle commuting 16km 4 days a week, and digging holes for work on occasion.

Over 8 years I have tried basically every reasonable routine you can image for at least 6 month stints at a time. SS, 5x5, full body workouts, 2-day splits, 3-day splits, 4-day splits, high reps low weight, low reps high weight, pyramid sets, drop sets, etc.
At this point I still train pretty hard, but I honestly no longer believe I am going to break this plateau that I am on. My lifts have been roughly the same for the last 6 years, despite a wide variety of efforts to change my training style and diet.
End yourself
How can one user be this mad?
